Clears up a lot. Being a very devout Catholic, I wanted to make sure it was fine to listen to it. Also, I'm gonna say something, please don't hate me for it. Taylor claims she's Christian, but she has many anti-Christian beliefs. I'm not going to get into anything because I don't want to start an arguement, and I also LOVE Taylor, but PLEASE just keep that in mind and pray for her!
ya i agree with you. wait but when did she say she was a Christian? shes not mocking God, but not worshipping him either. i also think if she is a Christian, she might not want to make it public bc it could ruin her reputation (😉) (even though Christians should wanna make their faith public). ttpd also kinda gives me hope- she talks about Eve and a few other Bible related things, so maybe shes learning? :) but ya we HAVEVEVEVEVEVE to pray for Mother <33 i think she almost is the best person ever (other then Jesus), but all she needs is Jesus.
She said she was Christian in the Ms American documentary, i think...in which she later went on to go against Christianity in many ways, but all we can do is pray for her! Yeah, I really don't think she mocking God...and you're right, Christians should make their Christianity public! Yeah, I do think she had at least a slight change of heart...maybe I'm making it pop, but it seems to be that way. Yeah, Taylor's great!! Jesus is definitely Number One, then Mary, and Joseph...okay, I'll stop lol. She does need Jesus. And he will always be ready for her, and he'll be so happy if she ever goes home to him :) That's a truly beautiful thought...
I found this on the website https://www.premierchristianity.com. "The most explicit statement of faith from Taylor comes from her Netflix documentary Miss Americana. We see her in a 2018 clip, arguing with her team about making a political statement in favour of a Democratic candidate in an upcoming election. This discussion has been sparked by election adverts for US Senator Marsha Blackburn, who has voted against legislation protecting women from domestic violence, and believes that businesses should have the right to refuse gay couples. Taylor says in the clip:" “I can’t see another commercial and see Marsha Blackburn disguising these policies behind the words ‘Tennessee Christian values’…I live in Tennessee. I’m a Christian. That’s not what we stand for.”
Tysm because I’m a Christian and I don’t think she’s mocking God I needed this reassurance
i love this. i dont know if TAYLOR is a Christian, but i am and all of us have to help lead her to God. <33
