It’s finally here, after a long (and exhausting) year—Swiftober has arrived: the month of Taylor Swift!
We all remember Swiftober 2023: the football games, the pap-walks, the Tayvis content, 1989 (Taylor’s Version), the Eras Tour movie, Taylor reaching billionaire status, Cruel Summer hitting #1, and more.
In short, last year’s Swiftober was so incredible. I’ve got so many expectations from Swiftober round 2! However, we cannot forget the amazing September we just had, which was truly a month to remember.
September Recap
The Return Of Waglor
Taylor Swift has officially reentered her WAG era in September. She attended 2 games this month: Chiefs vs Ravens and Chiefs vs Bengals.
Welcome To New York (Tayvis’ Version)
After I complained about running out of Tayvis content, Ms. Taylor Swift heard my prayers and decided to take her boyfriend out for a walk (or two, or five) in NYC.
The two of them were spotted out and about in New York, going to restaurants, Electric Lady Studios and the US Open.
Taylor For Kamala
On September 10th, after the presidential debate that occurred that day, Taylor posted an Instagram post where she showed her support and endorsed Democratic candidate, Kamala Harris.
2024 VMAs!
On September 11th, Taylor attended the 2024 Video Music Awards in New York and won 7 moonmen. She won the main category of Video Of The Year and also took home the Artist Of The Year award.
What To Expect In Swiftober
The Eras Tour Returns To The US!
Thankfully, the Eras Tour resumes in October. Taylor has shows scheduled in Miami and New Orleans. She now only has 17 shows left until the end of the tour, and in October she’s going to wrap up six of them.
She’s Cheer Captain, Again
Taylor will only be able to attend one Chiefs game this month, on October 7th. She is touring on the rest of the dates.
You Never Know What Swiftober Could Bring!
Even though Taylor doesn’t have that much planned for this October, I am 113% sure that something else is coming. I don’t know whether it’s a single, a music video, an announcement or something I can’t even dream of, but it’s Swiftober, and we can only expect the unexpected.
